Located on Long Island’s north shore just 40 miles east of New York City, Health Star Dental serves dentists from coast to coast in the USA.

We are a full-service dental lab that combines personal customer service with high quality fabrications and a quick turnaround time that does not sacrifice craftsmanship.

Whether sending traditional conventional cases or using the latest digital scanning technology, Health Star Dental can accommodate any dentist through iTero, Trios/3Shape, CEREC, and through our   Web Portal .

Here at Health Star, we produce a comprehensive product line, including crown and bridge, removable, and orthopedic appliances. We only use USA FDA-approved and European CE-marked materials for fabrication and provide documentation with each case we produce.

Once you logon, you can connect with Health Star Dental Lab by going to the Connections tab along the top of the browser and selecting the "Add Connection" button.

Enter this email address: chris@healthstardental.com.

iTero

To connect with Health Star Dental via iTero, contact customer service at 1-800-577-8767 (select option 1 to speak to a representative).

Ask them to add Health Star Dental to your scanner and use Health Star's phone number (631-923-2698) to identify our lab.

You will need to restart your scanner once Health Star Dental has been added. Be sure to select "Health Star Dental Lab" on your scanner when sending files.

CEREC

To connect with Health Star Dental via CEREC, once you are logged in, select "My CEREC Connect."

Enter "Health Star Dental" into the search and once Health Star Dental appears, select the box in the lower left.

Next, click the "Add" button.
